Toxins are ruining your health

Right now, there are around 700 chemicals/toxins in your body that shouldn’t be there.

The infiltration of foreign chemicals into our bodies is a consequence of the rapid industrialization and consumer-driven culture of our era. Annually, the global output exceeds 250 billion tons of more than 150,000 artificial chemical compounds, many of which inevitably find their way into our biological systems.

Studies have revealed concerning discoveries regarding industrial chemicals within human organisms:

  • Adults - harbor 420 substances, either confirmed or suspected of causing cancer.

  • Newborns - Of the 287 chemicals detected in umbilical cord blood, we know that 180 cause cancer in humans or animals, 217 are toxic to the brain and nervous system, and 208 cause birth defects or abnormal development in animal tests. The dangers of pre- or post-natal exposure to this complex mixture of carcinogens, developmental toxins and neurotoxins have never been studied.

Synthetic chemicals are ubiquitous in millions of commonly used products. Here are some examples:

  • Approximately 14,000 synthetic chemicals are employed to enhance the freshness and durability of food products.

  • In the United States, typical municipal tap water contains over 500 different chemicals.

  • Bottled water can introduce as many as 24,000 different chemicals into your body through leaching processes.

  • Air quality assessments in new automobiles have detected 275 chemicals associated with birth defects, cancer, learning disabilities, and liver damage.

  • More than 10,000 ingredients in personal care products are categorized as reproductive toxins, carcinogens, or hormone disruptors.

  • The textile industry employs around 8,000 chemicals in the conversion of raw materials into fabric.

OVERWHELMING, to say the least. Where do we even start?

We start with slowly….. and I mean slowly…. thinking about how these chemicals are getting into our bodies and what we can control. We are consuming them (food we eat, water we drink, air we breathe), and they are being absorbed through the skin.

  1. FOOD / WATER

Everything begins with what we eat. The food we consume either helps the body naturally detox or it continues to clog up our detoxification systems. Eating Whole Foods, and drinking filtered water are the first step in reducing your toxin load. Read more here

  2. MOVEMENT

Sweating gets toxins out of the body. Our bodies release waste

    products through our sweat.

  3. SUPPLEMENTS

There are a few incredible supplements I give my family that gently support the body to eliminate toxins.

KIDS & ADULTS:

Acemannan activates the bodies macrophages to engulf and destroy foreign invaders - bacteria, viruses, fungi, diseased and damaged cells, parasites, and toxins. This supplement has supported my kids bodies so well they have fully recovered from eczema, have strong immune systems and are overall very healthy.

This brand is completely nontoxic and I start giving it to my kids around 6 months old broken open into applesauce. Read more about Acemannan here. When my baby had eczema at 9 months old she got 4 capsules a day. For maintenance I do 1 capsule a day for my kids, and 6 capsules a day for myself.
